  For over 30 years my tax returns were done by a highly qualified, close relative of mine. Then he retired. I tried another accountant, recommended by a friend, for 4 years but felt un-welcome, insignificant and, worse, caught them out on some significant mistakes. I found Yes Accounting through my own research and have been very satisfied for 6 years now. Bak knows his stuff and is always willing to discuss and explain all issues I've had and with little delay. My personal, business and SMSF tax returns are all done in a timely fashion. My old accountant's wife, on my recommendation, has now moved to Yes Accounting too - after her husband gave his approval of Bak's work.
